Forbid the uploading of malicious software, viruses, trojans, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our servers.

3. System Integrity & Scraping

Prohibition of automated scraping, excessive API requests (without a specific API agreement), or any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our website’s infrastructure.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

We explicitly state that Real File Converter does not claim ownership over the files users upload. The user retains all rights to their original and converted files.

The website’s design, logo, code, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Real File Converter and are protected by copyright laws.

5. Data Retention & Backups

The uploaded and converted files are kept on your servers till the uploaded file is converted. All files are automatically permanently deleted after conversion.

The service is not a cloud storage provider. Users are responsible for keeping backups of their original files.

6. Conversion Quality

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the quality, formatting retention, or flawless outcome of the converted files.

7. Limitation of Liability

Real File Converter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or business interruptions) resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
